01Public services provide references only
Accrue publicly provides market information, research and trading signal references. It does not offer automated trading, order execution on your behalf, asset custody or guaranteed returns. Subscribing to reference content grants no trading execution authority.
02Local policy and licensing risks
Local rules can restrict or prohibit digital-asset information, signals or services, or require licences. Reference-only wording does not exempt applicable law, and acknowledgment is not licensing evidence. Understand the requirements that apply to you; this page does not claim a completed legal review of any country.
03Risk notices for every region
The system shows policy and market risk notices for all regions, including mainland China. IP location does not itself block registration, signals or purchasing. Mainland China carries elevated policy risk. Access is not evidence that the service is lawful, approved or licensed where you are; reference information and signals can themselves be restricted. Understand and follow the rules that apply to you before use.
04Before-use risk notice
The anonymous preflight API provides the notice before registration. The App shows bilingual service boundaries and risks during registration, signal browsing and membership. Active acknowledgment is recorded against the user, version, content digest and server time. Closing the notice does not geographically block use; material notice updates trigger a new notice.
05IP detection and location changes
Only server-validated sources are trusted. Client-reported countries, language, storefronts or agreement flags are not location evidence. Detection failures produce unknown-location warnings. IP, location or notice-version changes and returning to the App trigger new notices. Manual residence verification is not currently required.
06Status and rights channels
Neither this page nor technical access establishes local approval or licensing. Public reference accounts cannot bind exchanges, allocate funds or submit orders; the server enforces these limits. Policies, support, account-deletion requests and other privacy-rights channels remain accessible.
