ACCRUE / INFORMATION & SUPPORT
Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Accrue app, website and related signal reference services. Please read them before using or purchasing the service.
Effective date: 2026-11-05 · Version: 2026-11-05-warning-v1
01Parties and scope
These terms are between you and the operator identified on this page. We provide service support through the published contact email. These terms cover Accrue's publicly offered market observation, strategy research and trading signal reference services. After an opportunity to read these terms, registering, accepting or continuing to use the relevant service establishes a service relationship under applicable law. Matters requiring separate consent are presented separately.
02Service boundaries
Accrue publicly offers digital asset market observation, general trading signals and historical research references. You decide whether and how to use information and conduct any transactions independently on separate platforms. The public signal service does not execute orders for you, provide automated trading, hold your funds or obtain authority over your assets through a subscription. Available features are those actually provided and described before purchase.
03Eligibility and regions
You must be at least 18, have reached your local age of majority and have capacity to enter these terms. The system shows policy and market risk notices for all regions, including mainland China. IP location does not itself block registration, signals or purchasing. Mainland China carries elevated policy risk. Access is not evidence that the service is lawful, approved or licensed where you are; reference information and signals can themselves be restricted. Understand and follow the rules that apply to you before use.
04Before-use risk notice
Registration, signals and purchase entry points show service boundaries, regional policy and market risks with policy links. You may actively acknowledge the notice; the server records the account, version, digest and time. A new version or detected location change triggers a new notice. Closing or not acknowledging is not a regional block. Acknowledgment does not establish licensing or limit statutory rights.
05IP location and risk notices
IP countries come only from a server-validated trusted proxy chain. Client-reported countries, language or storefronts are not trusted location evidence. Unknown location also triggers a warning. The current mode requires no manual residence review and does not block business by IP country. Contact the published email to correct errors; policies, support and account-rights channels remain accessible.
06Information and independent decisions
Signals, research, alerts and support explanations are general information. They are not a personal investment plan based on your income, assets, objectives or risk tolerance, or personalized investment, legal or tax advice. We do not promise signal accuracy, consistent profit or suitability for any particular person. Assess your own circumstances and seek appropriately qualified advice when needed.
07Digital asset and research risks
Digital asset prices may move sharply, liquidity may be limited, and trading platforms may fail or restrict access. Signals may be delayed, incorrect, incomplete, changed or invalid. Simulations depend on data, rule selection, costs, slippage, sample bias and overfitting; they are not actual user returns or a prediction of future performance. Charts, past drawdowns and research do not guarantee returns or limit losses. Independent trading may result in loss of your entire investment.
08Accounts and security
Provide accurate necessary account information and protect passwords, authenticators and devices. Do not share codes or allow impersonation. Contact published support promptly about suspected misuse. We may perform necessary checks for security, abuse prevention or legal obligations, but support will not ask you to send passwords, one-time codes, recovery keys or exchange API keys.
09Fees and pre-purchase information
Free and paid features, prices, currencies, periods, applicable taxes and entitlements are shown on the purchase page and store confirmation screen. Displaying a plan does not mean purchasing is available. No unannounced trial, annual plan or discount is implied. Payment purchases the described information or content service; it is not trading capital, an interest in a financial product, a profit promise or authorization for trading on your behalf.
10App Store automatic renewal
If you buy an auto-renewable subscription through App Store, Apple charges the amount and period shown when you confirm. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, the subscription ordinarily renews automatically, and Apple may charge for the next period within 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple's then-applicable terms and confirmation screen control. Price changes, trial conversion and changes requiring confirmation follow store notice rules. A purchase without a store trial does not include an implied trial.
11Cancellation, restoration and refunds
Manage or cancel Apple subscriptions in iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, or use the Apple subscription help link on this page. Cancellation ordinarily stops the next renewal; access during a paid period follows the store status and applicable law. Restoring a purchase requires the purchasing Apple account and relevant Accrue account; a receipt cannot be copied to unrelated accounts. Request refunds through Apple's Report a Problem service, subject to Apple's decision and applicable law. Statutory refund and other non-waivable rights are preserved. Uninstalling, signing out or deleting an Accrue account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
12Acceptable use and intellectual property
Subject to these terms, you receive a limited right to access authorized content for personal use. Do not resell or publicly redistribute protected signals or research without permission, bypass access controls, attack services, obtain others' data or infringe their rights. This does not restrict uses expressly permitted by law. Support materials you provide may be used only as necessary to address your request, protect services and comply with law; ownership is not transferred.
13Availability and changes
Networks, data sources, devices, maintenance and third-party services can affect content availability and timeliness. We may adjust services for security, law or reasonable maintenance, with appropriate notice of material changes. Material changes to paid access, discontinuation or inability to supply a service are handled under applicable law and store rules. We do not use arbitrary term changes to remove rights you have lawfully acquired.
14Privacy and third parties
Personal information is handled under the linked Privacy Policy. Apple, email providers, support communication platforms you choose to use and independent trading platforms provide their own services and may have their own terms. Using a third party does not automatically remove our legal responsibility for Accrue's own service.
15Deletion, suspension and termination
Request deletion as described on the account and data deletion page. We may restrict relevant features on reasonable grounds involving illegality, attacks, fraud or serious breach, and provide an explanation, contact and appeal options where law and security allow. Termination does not eliminate statutory rights, accrued refund requests or records that legally require handling. Disabling an account is not a substitute for deletion. The deletion page accurately identifies whether an in-app deletion option is available.
16Responsibility and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant third-party market performance or investment decisions you make independently. We remain responsible for our own service and fault as required by law. These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable responsibility for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, consumer protection and personal information protection. Disclaimers cannot remove legal obligations arising from the actual business.
17Apple licence and platform relationship
For an app downloaded from App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement governs the software licence unless a valid custom licence is separately provided. These terms supplement that licence for Accrue services. Apple is not the operator under these service terms and does not endorse Accrue strategies, returns or financial authorizations. We are legally responsible for Accrue support, services and content; Apple's store payment and licensing matters follow its rules.
18Disputes, updates and contact
Contact the email on this page to describe a dispute. We handle it under applicable law. This does not limit access to a competent court, consumer agency or regulator, or remove non-waivable protections of the law of your habitual residence. We provide appropriate advance notice of material changes and obtain renewed agreement where legally required. This page identifies the version and effective date; Chinese and English versions are maintained consistently.
